Whistleblowing

Tikehau Capital has set up a platform, Signalement.NetWe use a secure third-party reporting system to provide a confidential and safe place to speak out and report. Reports may be made in accordance with our policies and procedures and applicable whistleblowing laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Sapin II law.

This secure platform is accessible 24 hours a day to all staff (internal, external and contractual), as well as to all stakeholders of Tikehau Capital entities identified on the platform.

Through the platform, individuals can report actual or suspected actions or activities that are illegal, in violation of Tikehau Capital's codes, policies or procedures, and/or that are inconsistent with the values and interests of Tikehau Capital and/or the company.

Tikehau Capital will support anyone who speaks out and will ensure that the report is treated with the utmost seriousness. No disciplinary or retaliatory action will be taken against anyone who raises a legitimate concern in good faith, even if the reported suspicions turn out to be inconclusive.
