Through its partnerships and philanthropic policy, Tikehau Capital actively supports initiatives and projects that reflect its values or address pressing issues. A multi-disciplinary working group dedicated to philanthropy decided that young people and social entrepreneurship should be the priority beneficiaries of partnerships.

Youth Solidarity Days

  • Since 2014, Tikehau Capital has taken part in 12 solidarity days, bringing together more than 170 people. In 2019, Group employees organized these events in Paris, London, Madrid and Singapore.
  • In the United Kingdom, the London office supportsBright Centresan organization that helps young people from disadvantaged areas of the British capital to return to school and find a job.
    In Singapore, Tikehau Capital and IREIT Global support the students of the Pathlight School participating in extracurricular culinary activities for the second year running.
  • In 2019, the Group's Madrid office has entered into a partnership with the Exit Foundation which helps young people forced to leave school early to find a job.
The Institut de l'Engagement 
  • Tikehau Capital is a partner of theInstitute of Commitment which enables talented young people to structure their future projects during a period of civic engagement. The Institute currently supports 700 of these young people, known as "laureates", as part of a comprehensive support program to help them succeed in their projects.
  • We support the Institute in the selection process and also offer internships to successful candidates. In addition, the Group took part in the Institute's first "Campus de l'Engagement" in 2019, organizing two workshops to
    introduce the winners to the finance sector and discuss their expectations and perceptions of the sector.
Entrepreneurs of the World
  • Convinced that the entrepreneurial spirit benefits the common good, Tikehau Capital has been supporting since 2018Entrepreneurs of the Worldan organization that aims to integrate financially vulnerable families by offering them microfinance services and support for the creation of micro-businesses, as well as facilitating their access to clean energy.
