Tactical Strategies

Offer differentiated investment solutions thanks to the Group's extensive platform

Our Tactical Strategies expertise is based on two fundamental principles: flexibility and the ability to deploy capital in all market environments. Our multi-skilled team mobilizes our global investment capabilities while adhering to the following principles:

  • A cross-functional approach to investment, drawing on the Group's different business lines and international reach in terms of information gathering, research, sourcing and execution of investment transactions
  • Agile, diversified deployment through different asset classes
  • A flexible investment spectrum, which enables us to provide tailor-made capital in a wide variety of contexts

Our investment universe encompasses the entire credit market - private debt and fixed income - real estate and private equity. As such, we are anchored at the heart of Tikehau Capital's four main business lines, investing alongside, through or complementing the Group's various businesses. In practice, this approach is partnership-based and synergistic internally, while differentiating externally.
- Maxime Laurent Bellue, Head of Tactical Strategies

Our offer

  • Special Situations Fund: an opportunistic credit strategy focused on corporate and real estate financing in Western Europe. We offer tailor-made capital solutions in situations characterized by a lack of liquidity on primary and secondary markets. Using a contrarian investment approach and a broad mandate, we are able to identify situations with an extremely attractive risk/return profile.
  • Multi-asset solutions: an innovative investment proposition that takes advantage of the entire Tikehau Capital platform. We offer investment and allocation solutions covering various asset classes, mainly unlisted. We aim to further democratize access to private markets, enabling both institutional and private investors to access our products as part of a holistic approach. By building portfolios that are diversified in every respect, as well as direct and indirect investments, we guarantee lower correlation and rapid deployment, whatever the environment.
