Private Equity

Extracting value by identifying high-quality companies and improving their performance

6,5mds* EUR assets under management

We target private companies with strong growth potential, with proven underlying profitability, and invest amounts generally ranging from 20 to 150 m EUR alongside management teams, entrepreneurs and founding families, who remain the majority shareholders.

We help successful companies realize their ambitions. We closely support the management teams of the companies in which we invest, in all essential aspects of their development (strategic projects for organic growth, external growth, etc.). We also put companies in touch with our vast network of contacts and experts, to help them realize their full potential.

We strive to have a decisive impact on value creation. Thanks to the stability of our investment and our operational support, the companies in which we invest are better placed to seize new opportunities, expand their operations, penetrate new markets and ultimately increase their value.

Our Private Equity team also manages Tikehau Capital's former portfolio of opportunistic investment strategies, comprising listed and unlisted investments worldwide.

Aerospace and Defense: supporting niche players and consolidation platforms

We invest in strategic industries, with a focus on the aerospace and defense sectors, for tickets ranging from €10 to €100 million. The theme of new manufacturing processes and digitalization tools is a key element of our investments. We focus on innovative players with the capacity to act as consolidation platforms in their markets and sectors.

We invest according to two strategies:

  • Support: Growth or rescue investment in niche players with intrinsic industrial or technological value, with a flexible, reactive approach. We focus on companies that are essential to the aerospace supply chain.
  • Platform: Majority or minority investments in players capable of driving consolidation within their markets. We build emerging leaders within the aerospace supply chain to create Tier 1 / Tier 2 partners for aerospace original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Cyber and technology: providing funds to develop innovative technologies in the field of digital trust

As an investor who integrates social and environmental concerns into our strategy, we finance technology companies in the field of digital trust for tickets ranging from 10 to 50 million euros. Our team has a proven track record and in-depth knowledge of the sector, thanks to its skills in technology and finance, bringing considerable added value to our partners and customers. Our value-creation approach is supported by a group of Operating Partners with long-standing industry experience.
