Nathalie Bleunven joined Tikehau Capital in 2014 as Head of Corporate Lending activities. Prior to joining Tikehau Capital, Nathalie worked as a Partner at Indigo Capital France, an investment fund specializing in mezzanine debt. Nathalie began her career in 1987 at Société Générale, first as a Credit Analyst and then as Senior Banker responsible for large French companies at Société Générale Investment Banking in London. Nathalie spent over 25 years at Société Générale, where she became Managing Director and Deputy Head of the LBO and Corporate Acquisition Finance team dedicated to SG midcaps in 2000.

Pierpaolo Casamento joined Tikehau Capital in 2016. He holds the position of Head of Tikehau Capital's Secondary Private Debt business (TPDS). Pierpaolo was previously based in Paris as part of the Sales and Marketing team, before moving to New York in 2019 to help launch Tikehau Capital's secondary private debt business.

John Fraser joined Tikehau Capital in 2021 as Partner and President of its global Structured Credit strategy. Based in New York, John oversees global structured credit strategy in Europe and the US. John brings 30 years of experience in the CLO industry. Prior to Tikehau Capital and since 2019, John was an independent director of Investcorp. More recently, he was also its Managing Director and Head of U.S. Lending at Investcorp. From 2012 to 2017, he was Managing Partner and CIO of 3i Debt Management US LLC. In 2005, he founded Fraser Sullivan Investment Management, LLC, subsequently sold to 3i Group. John has also held senior positions at Angelo Gordon, Continental Bank, Merrill Lynch Asset Management and Chase Manhattan Bank North America.

Cécile Mayer-Lévi joined Tikehau Capital in 2013 and is Head of private debt business. Previously, she worked at AXA Private Equity (now Ardian), where she was instrumental in extending the investment spectrum to include unitranche financing, emphasizing the notion of partnership. Cécile began her career in 1988 at Merrill Lynch (Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions) in Paris and then New York. In 1991, she joined Elig, one of the pioneering private equity funds in France. In 2001, she moved into Mezzanine Investment, becoming Investment Director of CAPE - Mezzanis (now Omnes).

Erika joined Tikehau Capital in 2019 as head of the US Collaterized Loan Obligations (CLO) business. Erika has 20 years' experience in the leveraged finance sector. Prior to joining Tikehau Capital, Erika was a portfolio manager at Semper Capital in New York and at Airlie Opportunity Capital Management in London and Greenwich, Connecticut, working on credit funds, including CLOs and high yield funds. Erika began her career with Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank and then Lehman Brothers.

Laura Scolan joined Tikehau Capital in 2021 and currently holds the position of Head of France and Operations Director within the Group's Private Debt team. Laura began her career in 1999 in Lazard's Mergers & Acquisitions department. In 2001, she joined LCF Edmond de Rothschild's Mergers & Acquisitions department. Between 2004 and 2013, Laura held several positions in the Leverage Finance department of Royal Bank of Scotland. Since 2013, Laura has been a director and then managing director at Messier Maris & Associés, where she became a partner and co-head of the Debt Advisory activity.

Christoph Zens joined Tikehau Capital in 2021 as Head of CLOs in Europe. Christoph brings over 16 years of experience in the European debt markets. sub-investment grade. Prior to joining Tikehau Capital, Christoph worked at Commerzbank in London as an Investment Director in the Bosphorus team. Debt Fund Managementwhich he helped create and transform into an established CLO management platform. Christoph's previous experience includes various roles in LBO origination and CLO investment analysis, covering loan and high yield bond financings across multiple industries, company profiles and credit cycles. Christoph began his career at Crédit Agricole in Paris in the Corporate Finance department. Global Risk for LBOs and securitizations.
