As the leading independent player in the SCPI market, Sofidy is a benchmark manager of real estate assets in France and Europe. Approved by the AMF, Sofidy is regularly recognized for the quality and consistency of its funds' performance. Sofidy manages a real estate portfolio of over 4,200 commercial and office assets on behalf of more than 50,000 investors and a large number of institutional investors.

Guillaume Arnaud joined Tikehau Capital in 2007 and was Managing Director of Tikehau IM until 2019. He is currently Chairman of Sofidy's Management Board. Previously, he was with Caisse Nationale des Caisses d'Epargne since 2000, first as Strategic Business Analyst, then as Director of Risk and Finance for CNCE's Insurance division. Guillaume began his career in 1997 at Crédit Lyonnais in London, developing a pricing/tarification method for convertible bonds. He then joined Ardent software in Boston (USA), then the Vendôme Group in Neuchâtel (Switzerland).

Louis d'Estienne d'Orves joined Tikehau Capital in November 2018 as Executive Director in the real estate team. Louis brings over 14 years' experience in real estate and previously spent 10 years at AXA IM Real Assets as Co-Head of Transactions Europe - Special Situations. In April 2020, Louis was appointed Managing Director of IREIT Global, the Singapore-listed real estate investment fund of which Tikehau Capital is a major shareholder.

Jérôme Grumler is currently Managing Director of Sodfidy. Jérôme began his career in banking consulting before joining the Mazars Group in 1998 as a financial auditor and then Manager in the Transaction Support department. In 2005, he joined SOFIDY as Chief Financial Officer. In 2008, he also oversaw human resources and administrative services, before being appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer in 2013, then Chief Operating Officer, with a priority mission: to breathe new life into real estate investment by combining long-term performance with a positive impact on the environment. the real economy.

William A. Marino is co-founder and Managing Director of Tikehau Star Infra (formerly "Star America Infrastructure Partners"). In 1979, he founded Allied North America, a brokerage firm specializing in construction, laying the foundations for what has become the largest privately-owned construction insurance and surety brokerage firm in the United States. He also chairs the Board of Directors of the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure (AIAI).

Jean-Marc Peter is Managing Director of the SOFIDY Group.

Prior to this, he was Deputy Managing Director of SOFIDY, which he joined in 2003 from the VIVENDI group, where he was in charge of the CNIT at La Défense.

He began his career in investment banking, first with BNP Paribas Australia, then with Eurofin Bank (formerly CCF).

Christophe Petit is co-founder and President of Tikehau Star Infra (formerly "Star America Infrastructure Partners"). He previously worked as an investment banker at Greenhill & Co. where he specialized in infrastructure financing transactions on the American continent. Prior to joining Greenhill, he headed the Infrastructure and Structured Finance team at Société Générale. Previously, he worked at Dexia Credit Local and in the infrastructure finance department of the International Finance Corporation, the private arm of the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C.
