Cécile Cabanis joined Tikehau Capital in 2021 and serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Group. Previously, Cécile Cabanis was at Danone Group where she was Executive Vice-President in charge of Finance, Strategy, Information Systems, Purchasing, Cycles and Sustainable Resource Development, a member of the Executive Committee and sponsor of inclusive diversity. She began her career in 1995 at L'Oréal in South Africa before joining the mergers and acquisitions department of Orange in 2000. She joined Danone in 2004, where she held various key positions such as Corporate Finance Director, Development Director and then Finance Director of the Fresh Products entity within the Finance department.

Emmanuelle Costa
Emmanuelle Costa joined Tikehau Capital in 2015 as Head of Human Capital. Prior to joining Tikehau Capital, she worked as Human Resources Director at Legal & General. She started her career in 1997 at Vivendi as an in-house Lawyer. She later became a headhunter specialized in legal and law firms at Proway Executive Search and progressively expanded her expertise to top-level executive search.

Thomas Friedberger
Thomas Friedberger joined Tikehau Capital in 2014 and serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Tikehau Capital, Co-Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Tikehau Investment Management. Previously, he spent 14 years at Goldman Sachs where he had been Managing Director with responsibilities in France, Belgium and Luxembourg since 2008. Thomas started his career in 1996 and has worked in Paris, Milan and London, mostly in capital markets activities, convertible bonds, derivatives, credit and rates markets. Thomas Friedberger is also a member of the investment committee of The Louvre Endowment Fund.

Frederic Giovansili
Frédéric joined Tikehau Capital in 2019 and serves asDeputy Chief Executive Officer of Tikehau Capital and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Tikehau IM. Previously, Frédéric was Head of Northern and Western European Sales across global markets and Client Financing Solutions at Nomura, which he joined in 2017. In this role, he headed up an international sales team based in five offices covering 10 countries, working across both investment banking and global markets. Prior to this, Frédéric spent 11 years at Citi as Head of Global Markets for France, Belgium and Luxembourg, initially based in London and later in Paris. He was appointed Managing Director at Citi in 2007 and led a team working across the full range of products (equities, FX and fixed income) for financial institutions and large corporates.

Bertrand Honore
Bertrand Honoré joined Tikehau Capital in 2018 and serves asHead of Information Technologies. Before joining Tikehau Capital, Bertrand held the position of Chief Information Officer for Barclays France. Bertrand joined Barclays Capital in 2004 as Regional Head of IT for Investment Banking at Barclays for Western Europe. Prior to Barclays Capital, Bertrand worked at Euronext.

Louis Igonet
Louis joined Tikehau Capital in 2018 and serves as Global Head of Corporate Strategy, Development and Investor Relations. Prior to joining the firm, Louis has served as an investor relations and finance professional across a variety of sectors and industries. He was previously Investor Relations Director at Carrefour from 2017 and between 2015 to 2017, he worked as Head of Financial Communications at Edenred. From 2004 to 2015, he served in various roles in corporate finance and investor relations at Bouygues, first at the group’s holding company and then at its media business TF1.

Anne Le Stanguennec
Anne Le Stanguennec joined Tikehau Capital in 2013 and currently serves as Head of Internal Audit. Before that, she was responsible for the Group Financial Control and Risk. Anne started her career in 1999 at Arthur Andersen before joining Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager. In 2008, she joined the industrial steel distributor IMS/JMS, as Internal Audit and Corporate Finance Director.

Grégoire Lucas
Grégoire Lucas joined Tikehau Capital in 2019 as Head of External Relations. Prior to joining Tikehau Capital, he was a partner and member of the executive committee at communications consulting agency Image Sept. Grégoire Lucas began his career in 1997 as parliamentary assistant to former French Research Minister, François d’Aubert. He was then project manager at an internet communications consulting agency and then an officer to the Government’s Head of Information.

Henri Marcoux
Henri Marcoux joined Tikehau Capital in 2016 and serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Tikehau Capital and Chairman of Tikehau IM. Prior to joining Tikehau Capital, Henri spent 11 years at EPI Group as Chief Financial Officer, a member of the Group's Executive Committee and a member of the Strategic Committees of its subsidiaries. Henri began his career in 1995 as Financial Controller within the Bouygues Group in Indonesia and in 1997 he joined KPMG as a Financial Auditor. In 2000, he joined Nokia (formally Alcatel Group), first as a Manager within the Internal Audit team and then asDivision Financial Manager in 2003.

Bruno de Pampelonne
Bruno de Pampelonne joined Tikehau Capital in 2006 and serves as Executive Chairman of Asia and Special Advisor to the Group’s Co-founders. Bruno previously worked for Merrill Lynch in Paris from 1993 to 2006 and served as France Country Head from 2003. He started his career at Credit Lyonnais in 1983 before joining Goldman Sachs’ proprietary trading desk in London in 1985, where he became Executive Director. In 1991, Bruno joined Credit Suisse First Boston as Managing Director to launch their Paris operations.

Vincent Picot
Vincent Picot joined Tikehau Capital in 2018 and currently serves as Group Chief Financial Officer, based in London. He previously served as Senior Manager at Deloitte in Paris from 2015 to 2018, where he conducted large audit assignments, focusing on issues relating to international accounting & tax and corporate law. He started his career at Deloitte in 2007 within the Audit and M&A Transaction Services departments and then developed the French/Brazilian Desk franchise for Deloitte in Sao Paulo between 2013 and 2015.

Geoffroy Renard
Geoffroy Renard is the Group's General Counsel and oversees the Group's legal and compliance department. He joined Tikehau Capital as Secretary General in 2013 following Tikehau Capital's acquisition of Salvepar. Previously, he worked for nine years as a lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in Paris and in New York where he specialised in private and public M&A, equity & debt capital markets and financing. Between 2002 and 2003 he worked in the Finance Department of Crédit Lyonnais. Geoffroy Renard has been a member of the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris since 2017.

Arnaud ATTIA currently serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO). He joined Tikehau Capital in 2018 as Internal Audit Director. He began his career in 2006 as an Project Manager for Sopra-Steria then he joined KPMG Paris, as Auditor for 6 year.Between 2013 and 2018, he worked for EXANE BNP Paribas in Paris, as an Internal Audit Manager then as a Senior Advisor to the Deputy CEO.

Rodolfo Caceres
Rodolfo Caceres joined Tikehau Capital in 2008 as Head of Credit Research. Previously, he was a buy-side credit analyst at Fortis Investments in Paris from 2006. He began his career in 2000 in the Colombian Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. He then worked in London between 2001 and 2006, as a buy-side credit analyst at Morgan Stanley and then at Lehman Brothers. He qualified as a Financial Risk Manager in 2005.

Peter Cirenza
Peter Cirenza joined Tikehau Capital in 2017 and serves as Co-Chief Investment Officer of Tikehau Investment Management and Chairman of Tactical Strategies. Peter was previously a Partner at Goldman Sachs, where he worked for 20 years in New York, London and Tokyo. He helped to develop and lead the firm’s proprietary special-situation investment activities in North America, Europe and Asia, and also has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and structured finance. He has been a lecturer in Economic History at the London School of Economics and Political Science since 2009.

John Fraser
John Fraser joined Tikehau Capital in 2021 as Partner and Chairman of its Global Structured Credit Strategies. Based in New York, John oversees the Global Structured Credit strategy in Europe and the US. John brings 30 years of experience in the CLO business. Prior to working at Tikehau Capital, he was at Investcorp where he was an independent member of its Board of Directors since 2019. Most recently, he was managing director and head of Investcorp’s U.S. credit business. From 2012 to 2017, he was managing partner and CIO of 3i Debt Management US LLC. In 2005, he founded Fraser Sullivan Investment Management, LLC, which was subsequently sold to 3i Group. John previously held management positions with Angelo Gordon, Continental Bank, Merrill Lynch Asset Management and Chase Manhattan Bank North America.
Frédéric Jariel
Frédéric Jariel joined Tikehau Capital in 2014 and serves as Co-head of Real Estate activity. He was previously at Archon Group France, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, which he joined in 1996. There he held various positions at the European level. His latest appointments were as COO Europe and CEO of the French entity. He began his career with Coopers & Lybrand as an auditor.

Emmanuel Laillier
Emmanuel Laillier joined Tikehau Capital in 2018. He currently serves as Head of Private Equity. Previously, Emmanuel Laillier was a board member and managing director at Eurazeo PME, which he joined in 2011. From 2002 – 2011, he was an Associate Director at EPF Partners. Between 1999 and 2002, he was part of the Fonds Partenaire Gestion investment team (Lazard), after starting his career in corporate finance at Nomura. He has almost 20 years’ experience in midcap private equity.

Maxime Laurent-Bellue
Maxime Laurent-Bellue joined Tikehau Capital in 2007 and serves as Head of Tactical Strategies & Head of Structured Credit Strategies. Since 2008, he has contributed to establishing and developing the Group’s private credit division. Maxime has been involved in new investments, as well as fundraising and strategic launches for several segments, including special situations, direct lending and leveraged loans. From 2012, he established and ran the Group’s senior loan business and was responsible for portfolio management, in addition to playing an active role in deal sourcing and execution for both senior loans and direct lending opportunities.

Cécile Mayer-Lévi
Cécile Lévi joined Tikehau Capital in 2013 as Head of Private Debt activity. Cécile previously worked at Ardian (formerly AXA Private Equity) where she notably broadened the investment scope to include unitranche debt, with a strong focus on forming partnerships. She began her career in 1988 at Merrill Lynch (Corporate Finance and M&A) in Paris and then in New York. In 1991, she joined Elig, one of the pioneering private equity funds in France. In 2001, Cécile's focus pivoted to mezzanine debt investments and she was appointed Investment Director at Omnes (formerly CAPE - Mezzanis).

Ben Prior
Ben Prior joined Tikehau Capital in January 2021 as Head of Risk for Tikehau IM. Ben previously served as CRO at AXA IM-Real Assets where he was responsible for risk management and valuation oversight. Prior to moving into Risk in 2014, Ben managed two pan-European real estate portfolios at AXA. He started his career with AXA in London in 2005 within the Group’s real estate transaction and structuring team.

Raphael Thuin
Raphael Thuin joined Tikehau Capital in 2020 and currently serves as Head of Capital Markets Strategies. Previously, he served as Head of Fixed Income Management at TOBAM in Paris, which he had joined in 2014. He began his career in 2005 as a portfolio manager for Topaz Fund in New York. In 2008, he joined the capital markets business of Société Générale, also in New York.

Carmen Alonso
Carmen Alonso joined Tikehau Capital in 2015 and serves as Head of the United Kingdom and Iberia. Previously, Carmen was Vice-President of Corporate Finance at GSK where she gained an exposure to financing as an issuer. Prior to joining GSK, she held the position of Managing Director at Morgan Stanley (European Leverage Finance). Carmen started her career in 1996 in Leverage Finance departments of UBS, Merrill Lynch and then HVB. She has originated and led the execution of numerous transactions across Europe in bank debt, mezzanine and high yield.

Luca Bucelli
Luca Bucelli joined Tikehau Capital in 2014 and serves as Co-head of Italy. Previously, he worked at AlixPartners where he was involved in financial and operational restructurings with French and Italian clients. He started his career in 2004 at Lehman Brothers (Corporate Finance M&A team) first in London and then in Milan.

Sergei Diakov
Sergei Diakov joined Tikehau Capital in 2018 and serves as Head of Japan. He previously spent 4 years at Rogers Investment Advisors in Tokyo where he was responsible for business development in Japan and Europe. Sergei started his career in 2000 with Citi, focusing on relationship management and business development in transaction services in Amsterdam and London, before relocating to Tokyo to work for Citigroup Global Markets from 2008 to 2014.
Sergei is a member of Certified Alternative Investment Analysts Association (CAIA). He served as a member of the Executive committee for Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) Japan from 2011 until 2013.

Sabrina El Abbadi
Sabrina El Abbadi serves as Head of Luxembourg. She has more than 10 years of experience in financial services in Paris, Luxembourg, and London. Prior to establishing and running Tikehau Capital's Luxembourg branch, Sabrina previously worked within the legal department in Paris. Sabrina previously worked as a lawyer at the leading Luxembourgish firm Arendt & Medernach after experiences at Jeantet, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Lazard were she specialised in fund structuring and finance litigation.

Jean-Baptiste Feat
Jean-Baptiste Feat joined Tikehau Capital in 2008. He currently serves asCo-Chief Investment Officer of Tikehau Investment Management andCo-Head of Asia. He was previously Co-Head of Private Debt (between 2013 and 2020). Prior to that, he developed the mezzanine debt business and then the Private Debt division as a whole. He began his career in mergers and acquisitions at Citigroup in 2001 and then at Goldman Sachs from 2005 onwards.

Dominik P. Felsmann
Dominik P. Felsmann joined Tikehau Capital in March 2021 as Head of Germany. Dominik brings more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Tikehau Capital, he was Head of Leveraged Finance Germany for ABN AMRO, where he was responsible for building and leading the local Leveraged Finance team since 2017. He previously worked for IKB, HSBC and Commerzbank in their leveraged and acquisition finance teams in Frankfurt and London.

Asaf Gherman
Asaf Gherman joined Tikehau Capital in 2022 as Co-head of Israel. Prior to joining Tikehau Capital, Asaf was Head of Syndications, Debt Management & Products at Bank Leumi, and previously Head of Alternative and Direct Investments at Migdal Insurance where he worked for 10 years. He started his career in 1995 focusing on private assets and held different positions in the investments divisions of leading Israeli Institutional Investors.

Tim Grell
Tim Grell joined Tikehau Capital in 2016 and serves as Chairman of North America for Tikehau Capital, based in New York. He has more than 30 years of global experience in the financial services industry in the US and Europe. Tim was at the forefront of the European Leverage Finance business and held various executive positions during his 23 years at Merrill Lynch. He has also worked at Strategic Value Partners, Lazard Capital Markets and most recently Guggenheim Securities.

Jérémy Le Jan
Jérémy Le Jan joined Tikehau Capital in Paris in 2007 and currently serves as Head of Canada. He first joined the firm as an Account Manager before becoming Deputy Chief Financial Officer and then Finance Department Manager in 2014. From 2016 to 2019 he was the Chief Financial Officer of Tikehau Capital before joining the teams in New York to develop the Group's activities in North America. Previously, Jeremy was as an Accountant and then Head of Mission for various accounting firms such as Deloitte, In Extenso and the BDO network.

Rudy Neuhof joined Tikehau Capital in 2022 and serves as Co-head of Israel. He started his career in the financial industry in 2005. Before joining Tikehau Capital, Rudy was Head of Private & Structured Debt at Migdal Insurance where he worked for 10 years, and previously worked at Menora Mivtachim in the capital markets and investment-banking division.

Young Joon Moon joined Tikehau Capital in 2017 and serves as Head of Korea. He previously served as vice president at Mitsubishi Corporation Pavilionand PineStreet Group where he was responsible for fund raising, client relationship and deal sourcing in connection with Mitsubishi Corporation Asset Management.Young Joon started his career in 2009 at Treesdale Partners, New York based fixed income hedge fund. He was responsible for all aspects of capital raising and fund operationcovering structured credit and commodity currency fund.

Mark Pensaert
Mark Pensaert joined Tikehau Capital in 2019 as senior advisor and currently serves as Executive Chairman of the Benelux. Mark is also an independent board member of Agfa-Gevaert Group in Belgium and a Supervisory Board member of Rabobank in the Netherlands. Mark started his investment banking career at Lazard Brothers in London. He subsequently served as chief financial officer and board member at a number of Belgian family owned groups before rejoining Lazard Frères in 2001 in Paris. In 2004 Mark was appointed Partner and Head of Benelux at Lazard. Mark subsequently joined Leonardo & Co. in 2008 to become the CEO of the M&A advisory business at Leonardo & Co.

Roberto Quagliuolo
Roberto Quagliuolo joined Tikehau Capital in 2018 and serves as Deputy Head of Private Equity and Co-head of Italy, alongside Luca Bucelli. Prior to that, he worked at Oaktree Capital Management within the European Principal Group and at Lazard within the M&A division. Mr. Quagliuolo has led and executed several private debt and private equity transactions, and sits on the board of Tikehau Capital portfolio companies in Italy. He started his career in 2005 as an Analyst at Lazard after receiving a Master of Science in Management and Production Engineering.

Bart Schenk
Bart Schenk joined Tikehau Capital in 2018 and serves as Co-head of Belgium. Previously, he worked at Eurofins Scientific where he was responsible for external financing at group level. He started his career in 2009 at ING, initially working in Corporate Finance M&A from 2009 to 2011 and later in Acquisition and Leveraged Finance from 2011 – 2016, covering the Benelux region.

Chiara de Simone joined Tikehau Capital in 2021 and serves as Co-head of Belgium. Previously, she worked at Rabobank where she was responsible for the Corporate Banking activity in Belgium. She started her career in 2010 at ING where she was active within Corporate Banking (2010 – 2013) and Leveraged Acquisition Finance (2014 – 2018), covering the Benelux.
