Whistleblowing

Tikehau Capital has setup a secure third-party platform, Signalement.Net, to provide a confidential and secure place for speaking up and whistleblowing. Reports may be made in accordance with our policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations covering whistleblowing, including but not limited to Sapin II.

This secure platform is accessible 24 hours a day to all personnel (internal, external and contract employees), as well as to any stakeholder of the Tikehau Capital entities identified on the platform.

Via the platform, individuals can report actual or suspected actions or activities that are illegal, in breach of Tikehau Capital's codes, policies or procedures, and/or is not in keeping with Tikehau Capital’s and/or societal values and interests.

Tikehau Capital will support any person who speaks up and will ensure that the report is treated with the greatest seriousness. No disciplinary action or retaliation will be taken against any person who raises a legitimate concern in good faith, even if the suspicions reported turn out to be inconclusive.
