Graduate program

Our people are the most important asset. We are looking for outstanding graduates with personal drive, determination, and a motivation to join Tikehau Capital.

We offer a stimulating work experience with an exposure to new people and projects. Each program (18 months) includes 3 rotations of 6 months in a variety of investment, business and corporate activities in France and in our different markets globally. Our graduate program offers a permanent contract at Tikehau Capital.

If you define yourself as a collaborative and agile person, result oriented, able to take initiatives and drive improvements: this program is for you.

We are welcoming recent graduates from universities, engineering schools, and business schools or applicants with an initial professional work experience of 12 months.

The program also includes dedicated on boarding experience, specific trainings, mentorships, international experience.

There are 4 steps to our graduate recruitment process:

  • Stage 1: Search & apply
  • Stage 2: Preselection and Assessment
  • Stage 3: Interviews and case studies with professionals
  • Stage 4: Final interview with General Management
