Graduate Program

Our employees are our most important asset. We are looking for graduates who are dynamic, determined and motivated to join Tikehau Capital.

We offer a stimulating work experience with the opportunity to meet professionals from different teams and work on new projects. Each program (18 months) includes 3 rotations of 6 months each in different investment, sales and marketing activities and corporate support functions, in France and in our various markets worldwide.LeGraduate Programis a permanent contract.On completion of the program, you will join a team at Tikehau Capital.

We welcome young graduates from universities, engineering schools and business schools, or candidates with 12 months' initial professional experience.

The program also includes aonboardingspecific training, the mentoring and international experience.

The graduate recruitment process consists of 4 stages:

  • Step 1:Search & apply
  • Step 2: Pre-selection and evaluation
  • Step 3: Interviews and case studies with professionals
  • Step 4: Final interview with General Management
