Antoine Flamarion co-founded Tikehau Capital in 2004. Previously, he was a partner in Goldman Sachs' proprietary investment department in London, and began his career in Merrill Lynch's proprietary investment department in Paris.

Mathieu Chabran co-founded Tikehau Capital in 2004. Prior to this, Mathieu Chabran worked in Deutsche Bank's Real Estate Debt Markets - Structured Finance team in London, which he joined in 2002. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1998, first in Paris within the proprietary investment team, then in London within the High Yield Capital Market department.

Cécile Cabanis joined Tikehau Capital in 2021 as Deputy Managing Director. Prior to joining Tikehau Capital, Cécile was a member of the Executive Committee and General Manager of Finance, Strategy, Information Systems, Purchasing, Cycles and Sustainable Resource Development, as well as sponsor of the Danone group's inclusive diversity. She began her career in 1995 with L'Oréal in South Africa. In 2000, she joined Orange's mergers and acquisitions department. She then joined the Danone group in 2004, where she held a number of key positions, including Corporate Finance Director, Development Director and then Finance Director for the Fresh Products entity within the Finance department.

Henri Marcoux has joined Tikehau Capital in 2016 and is Deputy Managing Director of Tikehau Capital and President of Tikehau IM. Prior to joining Tikehau Capital, Henri worked for EPI Group for 11 years, as Chief Financial Officer. Chief Financial Officer, member of the Group Executive Committee and a member of the Strategic Committees of its subsidiaries. Henri began his career in 1995 as Management Controller for the Bouygues Group in Indonesia, before joining KPMG as Financial Auditor in 1997. In 2000, he joined Nokia (formerly Alcatel Group), first as Director of the Internal Audit team, then as Divisional Financial Manager in 2003.

Thomas Friedberger joined Tikehau Capital in 2014 and is Deputy Managing Director of Tikehau Capital,Co-Chief Investment officer and Managing Director of Tikehau Investment Management. Prior to this, he spent 14 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was Managing Director since 2008, with responsibility for France and Benelux. Thomas began his career in 1996 and has worked between Paris, Milan and London, mainly in capital markets, convertible bonds, equity derivatives, fixed income and credit. Thomas Friedberger is also a member of the investment committee of the Musée du Louvre endowment fund.
